All prices in the table include GST. Systems are supplied and installed by EnviroGroup or their sub-contractors.

All prices in the table are based on a standard installation of the hot water heat pump system you choose – the final cost of your installation will be provided in a free, no obligation quote. The final cost depends on your specific circumstances, such as any additional wiring, the proposed location of the new hot water system, any need for a new concrete base, switchboard upgrades, decommissioning of existing hot water system etc.

* Hume regular price: Price after Australian Government Small Scale Technology (STC) financial incentive has been applied, and Victorian Energy Upgrades discount based on replacement of a gas hot water system. Note that the price may vary depending on the type of hot water system being replaced.

** Hume regular price with Victorian Government hot water rebates: Price after Victorian Government $1,000 hot water rebate. To be eligible, household income must be less than $210,000 a year with a property value less than $3 million, and other eligibility criteria must be met. *** Hume concession price: Hume City Council offers the following rebate to eligible concession card holding homeowners who choose to have heat pump hot water installed through the Home Energy Upgrades program:

$400 rebate for either the X6 model (225 litre tank) or the X8 model (268-litre tank).

Limited Council rebates are available through the program and are applied at point of sale by our vetted supplier, EnviroGroup. One Council rebate for one Aquatech hot water system is available per property owned and occupied by an eligible concession card holder.

Warranties

Aquatech heat pump hot water systems come with a 5-year parts/2-year labour warranty.

Additional options

For Hume residents seeking a premium option, you can request a quote for the ‘Reclaim’ heat pump hot water system (with larger tank sizes) upon request. There are no Council rebates on ‘Reclaim’ systems.
