Hot water heat pump systems
All prices in the table include GST.
Systems are supplied and installed by All Electric Homes.
All prices in the table are based on a standard installation of a heat pump hot water system, including decommissioning and removal of an existing ground mounted hot water tank. The final cost of your installation will be provided in a free, no obligation quote based on your specific circumstances, such as any additional wiring, the proposed location of the new hot water system, any need for a new concrete base, switchboard upgrades etc.
* Hume regular price: Price includes the Australian Government Small Scale Technology (STC) financial incentive.
Price also includes the Victorian Energy Upgrades discount based on replacement of a gas hot water system. Note that the price may vary depending on the type of hot water system being replaced.
** Hume regular price with Victorian Government hot water rebates: Price after Victorian Government $1,000 hot water rebate. To qualify, household income must be below $210,000 per year, the property value must be under $3 million, and other eligibility criteria must be met. Visit Solar Victoria for full eligibility criteria.
*** Hume concession price: Hume City Council offers the following rebate to eligible concession card holding homeowners who have a hot water heat pump installed through the Home Energy Upgrades program:
- Up to $150* rebate for the 200 litre hot water heat pump system
- $150 rebate for the 270 litre hot water heat pump system
*Rebate amount may need to be adjusted depending on the value of VEU discounts available at the time. The Hume concession base price will be a maximum of $1,006.
Limited Council rebates are available through the program and are applied at point of sale by our vetted supplier, All Electric Homes. One Council rebate for one Aquaplus hot water heat pump system is available per property owned and occupied by an eligible concession card holder.

Warranties
Aquaplus heat pump hot water systems come with a 8-year product warranty and a 7-year installation warranty.
Additional options
For Hume residents seeking a premium option, you can request a quote for the ‘Reclaim’ heat pump hot water system (with larger tank sizes) upon request. There are no Council rebates on ‘Reclaim’ systems.
